Lake Tuggeranong Sea Scouts has been creating lifelong memories and providing incredible adventures for the youth of the Tuggeranong Valley and beyond since 1985. Our group offers a unique program for youth aged 5 to 26, blending premier water-based activities with traditional Scouting adventures. Because we are a true family group, we look forward to getting to know you both on the shore and out on the water.

As well as Sea Scouts we also do traditional scouting activities, matching our program to the seasons to give our youth the best of both worlds:
* Terms 1 & 4 (On the Water): We make the most of the warmer months with sailing, canoeing, and raft building. We host regular Family Sailing afternoons where the whole family can come down, hit the water, and socialise.
* Terms 2 & 3 (Land & Snow): During the winter months, we transition to traditional scouting skills, including camping, hiking, and exciting snow trips.

Throughout the year, our sections participate in some fantastic traditions:
* The Kub Kar Rally: Our Cubs design, build, and decorate their own wooden cars to race against other packs in the ACT.
* Every March and September, our older youth (Scouts, Venturers, and Rovers) travel to Sydney to compete in the two largest NSW Sailing regattas on Sydney Harbour.
* We are proud protectors of our environment, partnering with the Lake Tuggeranong Lake Carers twice a year for community clean-up days.
* Dawn Service on the Lake edge with Mulga Scouts.
